N° 1Margherita, but louder
Wood-fired pizza
Two teaspoons. Right before serving.
EST. ITALIA
Slow-simmered Calabrian chilies, sun-ripened heirloom tomatoes, and Sicilian sea salt — bottled in the tradition of the Italian masters. Pour a little drama on dinner.
Our Heritage
Our hot sauce begins where every great Italian story begins — in a sun-drenched courtyard, with a cast-iron pot, and a debate about the right amount of garlic. We tend the same chili plants our great-grandmother grew, hand-pick them at peak ripeness, and slow-simmer in copper kettles for twelve hours.
No shortcuts. No preservatives. Just heat, history, and a little bit of theatre.

Hand-poured · Hand-labeled
Three signature sauces, each a study in heat and shadow.
From Field to Bottle
We work directly with seven family-run farms across southern Italy. Every harvest is dated, photographed, and signed. Nothing in the bottle that wasn't in the soil six months ago.
